A morning fire destroyed a mobile home at the Pleasant Valley Mobile Home Park Saturday.
The call came in shortly after 8:00 a.m., and Mad River Fire crews arrived at 2125 S. Tecumseh Rd., Lot 144, to find the home fully involved.
Initial reports indicate that the residents were asleep when the fire broke out, but were able to escape unharmed. Three dogs, however, were not so lucky and perished.
The State Fire Marshal's office was called to investigate.
The home appeared to be a total loss.
Mad River crews were assisted by Bethel Township and Hustead.
